24-hour live-in care at home – not in a home

Based on our experience I can wholeheartedly recommend 24daheim (who had been recommended to us from several quarters). The care over almost a year was very pleasant on a human level, the staff are competent and very helpful, and agreements were reliably kept. The carers placed by the partner organisations naturally "fit" to varying degrees. But 24daheim always made sure to find a solution suited to our situation. This allowed us to care for my father at home until, sadly, it was no longer possible for health reasons. We are grateful for the helpful support and placement by 24daheim.

24daheim is helpful and competent. You can always reach a contact person. Questions are answered clearly and understandably. You can raise problems openly. You are listened to. Solutions are developed together and are practical. Commitments are kept. The interaction is human, respectful and on equal footing. Highly recommended.

24daheim exceeded my expectations in every respect. From the very first contact with Mr Elison I felt thoroughly well advised – all my questions were answered in detail, clearly and with great patience. Particularly noteworthy is the constant availability: no matter the time of day, there was always a friendly contact who took care of things immediately. The communication was warm, professional and respectful throughout, which made me feel in the best of hands. Responses always came promptly, often faster than expected. The pricing was also absolutely transparent, with no hidden costs or unclear wording – that builds enormous trust. The placement of the carers was impressively quick and smooth. Within a short time a suitable, caring and competent carer was proposed. I am thoroughly satisfied and am happy to recommend this excellent service.

About 6 months ago, on a recommendation, I phoned the 24daheim agency. At the time I was urgently looking for a 24-hour carer for my father. During the first phone call with Mr Elison I had a very good feeling. I felt very, very well looked after. I was assigned a carer as quickly as possible, and I was very satisfied with her. I can only speak well of them and recommend this agency.

Sadly I became aware of 24daheim far too late, yet I can only recommend them to everyone. Really good, very competent and empathetic advice. I thank them again, and I am convinced it would have been wonderful care for my mother. Keep it up, so that many people are spared the nursing home. M.F.

A truly wonderful service right from the start! Very trustworthy, personable, and deeply warm-hearted! Extremely courteous and transparent, and in Mr. Elison, a contact person who is always available, responds promptly, and is always willing to help!
