Services & care
3 questionsThe carer supports in the household (housekeeping, cooking, laundry, shopping), with personal care, mobility and daily structure, accompanies to appointments and provides companionship. Caring for pets and plants can also be included.
Carers are not qualified nurses. They support with everyday life and basic care. Medical treatment care – such as injections or wound care – is provided by an outpatient nursing service.
Our carers have German language skills that allow everyday communication. We match the desired language level to your needs.

4 questionsYes. The carers are employed by fixed European partner companies and are deployed legally in Germany under the EU posting model with an A1 certificate.
The A1 certificate confirms that the carer is covered by social security in their home country and may legally work in Germany under EU posting rules.
Yes. The carers have accident, social and pension insurance. Travel health and liability insurance are included in the price.
No. "24-hour care" is an industry term for presence in the household. The carer has regulated working hours, daily breaks and one day off per week.

3 questionsUsually we need around 10 days' lead time. The basis is a short questionnaire that helps us understand your situation and select a suitable carer.
Assignments typically last around 2 months with a subsequent rotation. The weekly working time is about 40 hours, with at least 2 hours' break per day and one day off per week.
Your satisfaction is at the centre. If the chemistry isn't right, we arrange a suitable change. For quality assurance we visit families regularly on the ground.
