Arrival & start
Care can often begin within 3 days – we guarantee a start within 10 days. We handle the travel and move-in completely – legally compliant, well prepared and with a personal handover on site.
Ongoing support
We remain your dedicated point of contact – on the ground and always reachable. We visit the family regularly to make sure everything is working well. If the chemistry is not right, we arrange a free replacement – quickly and without any fuss.
Legally compliant via the EU posting model
We work with fixed European partner companies. The carers are permanently employed there and deployed legally under the EU posting model. We remain your contact on the ground.
