2. Principle

The protection of your data is important to us. We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner.

4. Cookies

We use only technically necessary session cookies. No tracking tools, analytics or advertising services are used.

5. Contact Form and Enquiries

When you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your details (name, phone number, email address, postcode, message) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Data is deleted after a maximum of 6 months, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

Your data is not passed on to third parties as a matter of principle. If you commission us to find a carer, we will share the necessary data with the relevant service provider based in the EU, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the placement. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In the case of purely informational enquiries, no data is passed on.

7. CRM System

We use a CRM system to manage customer enquiries. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

8. Live Chat

This website uses a live chat service. Processing takes place on a server located in Germany. Personal data such as your name and message content may be processed during the live chat. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Data is deleted upon conclusion of the chat, unless further retention obligations apply.
